Shipping Information & Return Policy
Your order will be dealt with as promptly as possible and we endeavor to dispatch goods within 24- 48 hours.
Your order will be shipped by courier service once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified.
The shipping charges for courier delivery are:
- Free Delivery for UK
- £25 for Europe including Channel Islands and Northern Ireland(1-2 days for delivery)
- £42 for USA ( 2-3 days for delivery)
- £45 for Rest of the World (4-7 days for delivery)
Return Policy
Aruna Shoes will refund or exchange footwear or bag purchases bought from our online web boutique or through our events once we are in receipt of the unworn returned item. This must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of receiving your goods, with all the original packaging and enclosed return slip. For US returns please email info@arunaseth.com for a returns number. Please note that packages will not be accepted for exchange/refund without this. This must be returned within 14 days of delivery to the client together with all the original packaging and enclosed return slip.
If an alternative size is required, please call us to reserve a new pair. These will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received in resalable condition.
It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we recommend that you insure your parcel as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
